Our A la Carte Menu
Thursday to Saturday from 6.30pm

Please see below our A la Carte menu, which we hope will excite you as much as it excites us! Everything is fresh cooked to order and on the premises.

We are allergy aware, so please be sure to advise us if you have any special dietary requirements at time of booking, and again to the waiting staff at your table.

 We are able to adapt most of our dishes to suit and make out own gluten-free bread.
 
Our food is considered some of the best in the Chichester area, so we hope you will join us for a great dining experience.

Starters


Selsey crab and Jersey Royal tartlet, crab crème fraiche,
Champagne veil, tomato and dill emulsions

Loin of South Downs venison, fondant potato, garnished
king oyster mushroom, pickled blackberries, crisp kale,
venison and red wine jus

Iberian pork pluma, slow cooked pig cheek with chestnut and crackling crumb, roasted root vegetables, courgettes , black cabbage, pork jus

Gressingham duck breast, confit leg croquette, roast red onion, celeriac puree, cavalo nero
madeira duck jus

Pan fried halibut fillet, pak choi, spinach and leeks,
spherical chips, smoked salmon sauce

Sweet pea and lemon ravioli, wilted spinach, broad beans,
pea and mint purée, coconut lemon sauce,
