Our Sunday Lunch Menu

We are open for Sunday Lunches from midday, last booking 2pm.

PLEASE NOTE until the end of August, we are running our ‘A la Carte Sundays’ which means you can eat our A la Carte Menu for just £45 for three courses! That means there will be no roasts on offer for that period.

Please follow this link to see our A la Carte, but remember, on Sundays the pricing is £34.25 for two courses and £45 for three.

We are allergy aware, so please be sure to advise us if you have any special dietary requirements at time of booking, and again to the waiting staff at your table.

We are able to adapt most of our dishes to suit and make out own gluten-free bread.
 
Our food is considered the best in the Chichester area, so we hope you will join us for a great dining experience.

Starters


Selsey crab and Jersey Royal tartlet, crab creme fraiche, champagne veil, tomato and dill emulsions.

Pan fried foie gras, pedro ximenez glaze, toasted
pistachio nuts, toasted brioche, spiced parsnip espuma

Fillet steak tartar, roast garlic and shallot confit, egg yolk, bone marrow croquettes, wasabi pearls, watercress and rocket salad.

Tempura scallops, wilted spinach,
tomato and sciracha mayonnaise, pink ginger air.

Truffled goats’ cheese ‘mushroom’, mushroom ketchup, black garlic, woodland garnish Vegetarian

Mains

Roast sirloin of beef, roast potatoes, yorkshire pudding, green beans, glazed carrots and parsnips, gravy

Gressingham duck breast, confit leg croquette,
roast red onion, caramelised celeriac puree, cavalo nero
madeira duck jus

Roast loin of pork, roast potatoes, pancetta cabbage, tender stem broccoli, carrots, crackling, gravy

Pan fried bass, garlic butter new potatoes, wilted chard, sauce vierge.

Sweet pea and mint ravioli, coconut and pea purees, wilted spinach, pesto, toasted pine nuts,
crispy kale.

Desserts


Raspberry sorbet filled with lemon curd ice cream,
raspberry compote and gel, white chocolate aero,
glazed pistachio nuts

Dark chocolate and praline cremeux and tuile , salted caramel, yuzu gel, clotted cream ice cream, candied hazelnuts

Mango and passionfruit cheesecake ‘coconut’,
fresh mango and passionfruit, coulis, Malibu sorbet
