Join us for another of our fabulous 9 course Tasting Menus.
Please don’t be daunted by the number of courses, each course is small an well designed to lead into the next.
Your are welcome to arrive from 7 pm for an aperitif, meal starts at 7.30

Amuse Bouche – Chive, spinach, sour cream

Iberian ham, tamarind, pickled radish, radish veloute
Smoked chalk stream trout cushion, watercress salad, keta
Caipirinha lime – palate cleanser
Fake bone, girolles, wild mushroom broth, truffle
Venison, celeriac, blueberries
Parmesan crisp, pink ginger, nuts
