EAT LIGHT MID-WEEK

In addition to our A la Carte menu we are offering you a new Eat Lighter Menu in case you only fancy one course, have a small appetite, haven’t got much time or don’t want to break the diet or ruin that hard gym work!

Each plate of food will fulfil all of your nutritional needs and has been prepared the clean eating way.

Don’t forget we do Prosecco, slimline tonics and even a cucumber Margarita, so you can add a little treat too.

If you have the room and the inclination for a dessert, you’re welcome to choose one from the A la Carte.

Poached black leg chicken breast, quinoa, broad beans and peas, seeded courgette leather, cavalo nero, clear chicken and cep broth

Fillet of sea bream, new potatoes in olive oil and herbs, wilted spinach, sauce vièrge, olive oil and white miso foam

Cured and seared mackerel fillets, fennel and citrus salad, yoghurt, sour dough croutons

Herb linguine, Nutbourne heritage tomatoes, seasonal vegetables, aubergine coulis

Jersey Royals, asparagus, egg yolk, mixed leaf salad, olive oil and balsamic.
