New Year’s Eve Menu 2025
We are once again doing a nine course Tasting Menu (including Wagyu beef!) to celebrate the New Year. We have been forced to put the price up this year due to staggering price increases, but we think you will still find it good value. The price includes a glass of Champagne on arrival, and again at midnight with Big Ben.
Please note that we require a £50 deposit per head with booking. Once you have booked online, please go to PAY A DEPOSIT PAGE to do this. You will be asked for a credit card when you book online, but be assured we do not take money at this point, it is just a security step.
The Menu
Crispy salmon amuse bouche
Toasted brioche, caramelised onion butter, textures of shallot
Tuna mosaic, horseradish mousse, apple jelly
Braised leek tartlet, mushroom cream, crisp pancetta, truffle
Thyme and lime palate cleanser
Scallop, spinach, chorizo
Slow cooked Wagyu beef short ribs, baked potato spheres,caramelised cauliflower puree, red cabbage, winter greens, red wine jus
Cranberry and roquefort cylinder
Manuka Honey – bee pollen cremeux, clementine, honeycomb cake, honey tuile
