We are excited to present our Spring Tasting Menu featuring all the fabulous ingredients coming in at this time of the year.

Don’t be daunted by the number of courses – each course is small and designed to lead you onto the next course which will exceed the last!


Amuse bouche ~ Nutbourne tomato marshmallow, melted tomatoes, basil oil

Arancini, nettle purée, tempura nettles

Pecorino filled violet artichoke, guanciale, black truffle,

Foie gras, brioche and hazelnut crumb, shimeji mushrooms,
rhubarb and beetroot relish

Lobster raviolo, asparagus spears and velouté, lime caviar

Palate cleanser – mango and lime

New season’s lamb fillet croustade, wild garlic and petit pois puree,
transparent potato, sheep’s milk foam, lamb jus

Mac ’n’ cheese, rocket salad

Strawberries and cream, lavender, radish, crisp caramel
