We are happy to announce our next Tasting Menu on Friday 19 October 2018.

Please don’t be daunted by the number of courses – each one is small and designed to leave you looking forward to the next!

Meal starts at 7.30, but please arrive from 7 for pre dinner drinks and canapés.

Amuse Bouche ~  Wild mushroom, ricotta and hazelnut cracker

Sea urchin, cauliflower, pickled cucumber, smoked herring roe, yuzu

Egg yolk, truffle, lardo, brioche crumb, burnt onion sauce

Sea bream ‘bouillabaisse’ garnish

Palate cleanser – pisco sour sorbet

Hay smoked fillet of roe deer, red cabbage, beetroot, blackberry jus

Foie Gras beignet, balsamic pomegranate salad

‘Passion fruit’, white chocolate, tonka bean
