Viv hails from New Zealand, and has spent the last 30 odd years this side of the Planet cooking her heart out to please diners in London, Emsworth and France.
She was instrumental in creating the ’36’s in Emsworth in the 80’s, and now in their 11th year at Cassons, Viv and her Brigade continue to create modern, ever evolving cuisine to surprise and delight her loyal following.
She is ably assisted in the kitchen by Pete Merritt,
her Sous Chef who stands in for her on the rare holiday she can grab with Cass, her husband.
We are lucky also to have a KP, Luke, who easily steps into cooking mode when required.
