Four Walls Wine
The Four Walls Wine Company was started as a club by Barry Phillips in 1969 which expanded and eventually became a commercial enterprise affiliated to the White Horse at Chilgrove. The wine list of the White Horse won every vinous award in the world over the 30 years that Barry was landlord. When Barry retired from the restaurant business in 1999 he continued with this first love – wine. The Four Walls Wine Company offers not only stock accumulated during the early years at the White Horse but also wines purchased from great vineyards and vintages in more recent years.All wines are immediately available for worldwide delivery, unless otherwise stated.
The company has grown considerably over the years but we remain true to the values we had when we began. We supply in excess of two thousand of the South East’s leading chefs and retailers with a huge range of general and specialist foods. We spend a great deal of time sourcing the very best quality and spend time building relationships with our suppliers so that our business together can grow in the future. We are constantly striving to strike the right balance between quality and value and we will not compromise the former for the latter. Our quality is delivered through a service we feel is unique, and which we are also constantly striving to improve
We also provide catering facilities for many shows and events locally where delicious venison burgers, sausages and mouth watering steaks are available.
As members of Hampshire Fare, Game Conservancy and The National Game Dealers Association, we ensure that we keep up to date with all new regulations being introduced. Under the advice of the MHS vet, who regularly attends the plant, we can ensure that our products undergo stringent procedures to produce an end product ready for the oven and fit for any dinner table.
Browns Seafoods was established in 1978 with the aim of providing the freshest fish available, direct from the coast to Caterers in the South East. We have two ideally situated distribution sites, Park Royal in London and Littlehampton in West Sussex.
We buy fresh fish from the major fishing ports on the British coast and also import the more exotic species from around the world, in addition to this we also have a buyer on Billingsgate market 6 days a week.
We offer a six day per week delivery service and have expert fishmongers available to prepare your order to your exact specifications.
Our Littlehampton branch is situated next to the River Arun with easy access to the English Channel. We have a steady stream of local fisherman bringing in their daily catch. We pride ourselves on our close relationships with the Sussex coast fishing community and endeavour to offer the best of their catch.
Since 1999, Fine France has been established in New Covent Garden Market. Our main activity is the supply of fresh products to the restaurants, delicatessen and hotels in London and all over England.
We guarantee freshness and traceability of the products, by dealing directly with producers in France and organising the transport, including the delivery to your restaurant.
We are now one of the leading suppliers in London providing high quality products to many Groups and Michelin Starred Restaurants.
Our best selling lines are poultry (chicken, guinea fowl, cockerel, pigeons…) and fatted duck products (foie gras, magret…). We also deal with all meat (beef, veal, pork…), fresh, exotic and wild mushrooms, and lots of French seasonal vegetables.
We are leading retail and wholesale suppliers of high-class fresh produce, vegetables, salads, fruit, prepared produce and dairy based in the south of England.

Our core business is the wholesale supply and distribution of high-class fresh produce and dairy. Our premises comprise a purpose-built unit containing cold storage facilities, air conditioned order preparation/picking area, ambient storage and covered loading bay, complete with a state-of-the-art computer system.
Munneries is also very proud to boast an impressive and extensive retail outlet and floristry department, which serves the local community and beyond.
Merry Meats is a local family and catering butchers located in the picturesque village of Yapton on the south coast, just two miles south of Arundel with its historic castle in West Sussex.
Our highly skilled butchers provide only the very best cuts of meat, including lamb, beef, pork, poultry, game, as well as our own sausages, burgers, home cooked meats and pies.
Management and staff are trained to the highest standards in food hygiene and are fully qualified to ensure food safety and quality. In March 2013 we were awarded a Food Hygiene Rating of 5 from Arun District Council Environmental Health.
