We hope your will join us for your Staff or friends Christmas party this year.  Available during the month of December, Wednesday to Saturday evenings.

Duet of pumpkin and parsnip soups, roast pumpkin seeds, parsnip crisps V

Smoked salmon ravioli, prawn tail and bisque, wilted pak choi

Quail breast, leg bon bon and crisp quail’s egg, celeriac choucroute breast ,
quince gel, red wine reduction

Goat’s cheese with macerated figs, goats cheese honeycomb, fig and walnut
purée, balsamic leaves V


Goose breast, hot red cabbage slaw, sausage and apricot bon bon, sprout tops, glazed carrots, sauté potatoes, jus

Sirloin pavé, bone marrow, wild mushrooms, potato purée, green beans,
red wine jus

Roast cod fillet, winter ratatouille, lemon beurre blanc

Truffle gnocchi, wild mushrooms, roast beetroot, red cabbage,
courgettes, wild mushroom emulsion V


Warm apple tart, salted caramel sauce, calvados ice cream

Dark chocolate cremeux, mandarin gel and segments, pistachio
cream, purée and nuts

Vanilla panna cotta, pomegranate seeds and jelly, sugar shards

Three fresh fruit sorbets, oat crumble, fruit garnish

Selection of English and French Cheeses, red onion chutney and Crackers
