Trilogy of soups – butternut squash, spinach and parsnip V

Glazed ham, pea puree, soft boiled hen egg, ham crisps

Prawn and smoked salmon cocktail, tomato, lime mayonnaise, cucumber, leaves

Garlic mushroom croquettes, lemon hollandaise  V

Tempura scallops, melted leeks, chive beurre blanc


Turkey roulade with lemon & thyme, roast potatoes, sprouts, stuffing, bread sauce, gravy

Slow cooked beef in puff pastry, green beans, shallots, mushrooms, red wine jus

Fillets of fish, spinach and leeks, potato spheres, bouillabaisse sauce

Duet of suckling pig ~ crisp belly, croustade of leg confit, apple puree, pancetta cabbage,
parmentier potatoes, cider jus

Millefeuilles of sweet potato, shallots & pine kernels, white onion puree, spinach,
lemon thyme sauce V


Christmas pudding, creme brûlée mousse, mandarin jelly & coulis

Salted caramel ice cream wrapped in dark chocolate sorbet, milk chocolate aero,
buttermilk foam
