Smoked duck breast, remoulade, quince, foie gras terrine, salad garnish

Goat’s cheese flan and honeycomb, goats cheese croquette,
balsamic figs, caramelised walnuts, baby leaves V

Seafood platter – Selsey crab croquette, maple cured salmon,
tempura scallop, all with their own garnishes

Risotto Milanese with wild mushrooms, parmesan crisps V (also available as a main)

Mains

Slow cooked beef, shallots, lardons and mushrooms, potato purée,red wine jus

Suckling pig;  loin, belly and confit leg, crackling, roast apple purée,
chantenay carrots, potato millefeuilles, tender stem broccoli, cider jus

Black sea bass fillet with spicy brocolli rice, lemon beurre blanc

Vegetable wellington – sweet potatoes, chestnuts, herbs, mushrooms,
thyme and mustard sauce, greens, carrots V

Desserts

Chocolate, hazelnut, meringue, coffee. dulce de leche

Rice pudding with rhubarb sorbet, gel and batons, ginger crumble

Pannetone bread and butter pudding, vanilla cream, apple and cranberry compote
