Wonderful food - fine dining at its best. We have only just discovered this restaurant but I know we will be back.
I haven't experienced food this good anywhere in the local area and, if pushed, I don't think I could find fault with anything. The staff were lovely, friendly and welcoming from the moment we opened the door. Truly a remarkable dining experience. Well done !

To all at Cassons I cannot begin to thank you enough for the wonderful jewel you have created. I feel as though I have discovered oil in Tangmere, just 10 minutes down the A27 from where I reside.Having just moved to the area I feel especially blessed to have found such a culinary gem.
The intricate beauty & delicate construction of the food is the visual prelude to a gastronomic tour de force the like of which I have only tasted a few times in my life, perfectly balanced layers of flavours simply sing on the palate, with every componant ingredient of the dishes having its place yet forming part of the whole symphony of taste creativity, passion & sheer genius that pours from Viv

The food was superb and the portion sizes were good. The staff went out of their way to make our seven year old feel welcome and did a small portion for her. The puddings are a work of art.

I have experienced great meals in many parts of the world but few compare with the food served at Cassons. The cooking and ingredients are superb, the ambience fantastic and Cass, the host is very knowledgeable, when it comes to choosing wine. If my travels ever take me back to the area, I will be there. I thoroughly recommend it.

My wife and I were delighted to discover Casson's Restaurant some months ago and we have since become regular customers. The meals by Viv, the award winning chef, are full of wonderful surprises. Cass, the host, is always welcoming and we always have an excellent wine. What we have not yet experienced but look forward to is one of the Gourmet Nights. We wish you both every success.

What an amazing gem. We had no idea what a great restaurant this is and it is on our doorstep.
Lovely "buzzy" welcoming atmosphere.
Stunning food. Great to look at, even better to eat.
We will be back and we will be voicing our very positive views to all our friends, who also value a great dining experience.

I can safely say it was the best 3 Course dinner that I have ever tasted, not only was each dish presented well but it all tasted divine. The waitress who served us was happy, delightful and the atmosphere was second to none.
All in all i would advise any one to spend an evening here. Will definately come back again without question.

Just a note to thank you and your staff for a wonderful lunch to celebrate our 40th Wedding Anniversary. We and all our guests were delighted with the excellent food and the efficient but unobtrusive watressing service. The whole ambience made our celebration a day to remember. In fact, it was so enjoyable we completeley lost track of time and stayed rather late, for which we apologise.
Finally another thank you for the gift of Champage and Chocolates which we will put to good use.

Having lived in London and all over the world, I was delighted to find this haven in the middle of West Sussex. The food was as good as any I have had tasted, and the service was relaxed, warm and efficient. There was a good choice of really fresh seafood, with lovely beef, lamb and game choices. The pudds were works of art and we would highly recommend this to anyone who wants a really special night out.
