We hope your will join us for your Staff or friends Christmas party this year.  Available during the month of December, Tuesday to Saturday evenings.

Quite a few dates have already gone, so please book soon to avoid disappointment.

Apple, parsnip and potato soup, goat’s cheese and walnut topping V

Seafood platter – selsey crab croquette, maple cured salmon,tempura scallop, all with their own garnishes

Truffle risotto, wild mushrooms, parmesan crisps (also available as a main) V

Smoked duck, foie gras terrine, toasted brioche, sauternes and apple compote, toasted hazelnuts

Smoked haddock scotch egg, melted leeks, tartare hollandaise


Fillets of lemon sole, baked potato and shrimp sauce, spinach, potato crisps

Goose breast, pear and chestnut stuffing, braised red cabbage, sprouts, honey roast parsnips, parmentier potatoes

Suckling pig;  loin, belly and confit leg, crackling, roast apple purée, chantenay carrots, potato millefeuilles, tender stem broccoli, cider jus

Slow cooked beef ‘bourguignon’, shallots, mushrooms, lardons, carrots, courgettes, potato purée, red wine jus

Sweet potato, chestnut, kale, mushroom, onion and herb Wellington, grain mustard and thyme sauce, greens  V


Dark chocolate mousse, chocolate brownie, salted caramel ice cream, caramelised bananas and foam

Clementine and gingerbread trifle ~ clementine sponge, jelly and granita, gingerbread mousse and crunch

Panettone bread and butter pudding, apple and cranberry compote, vanilla custard, caramelised pecans

Selection of three fresh fruit sorbets, granola, fruit tuile

Selection of English and French cheeses, crackers, shallot chutney
