Viv - Your Chef The hard work is done in the kitchen by Viv, Award Winning Chef, previously of the 36's, Emsworth. Since then, she has run a successful Restaurant in France, defying those sceptical of a Kiwi trying to show the French how it is done! Viv is fanatic about using the best and freshest ingredients, and after cooking to perfection, presents your dishes to delight both your eyes and your palates. Whilst she hopes you will find something to appeal on the Menu, if you have a special dietary requirement or desire,please do not hesitate to ask.

.Cass - your Host Front of house is the preserve of your host Cass (his first name is a closely guarded secret!) with his staff, their aim is to make your meal with us an enjoyable experience. If there is anything that you need then please do not hesitate to ask. Cass has travelled the world both on business and pleasure sampling food and wine from a number of cultures from Thai wine to 'cuy' (guinea pig), both of which will not be making an appearance on the wine list or menu! A supporter of Newcastle United, Lancashire cricket and and a keen golfer (when he has the time!) so beware of entering into a conversation on football, cricket and his slice!
